Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) is a hormonally active drug that consists of a mixture of gonadotropins, which is used to treat fertility disturbances and has a similar function to HCG. Menotropins are extracted from the urine of postmenopausal women and used by bodybuilders as an effective recovery drug for after the completion of a cycle of steroids. This compound is also used as a replacement for the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).

PROPERTIES AND EFFECTS OF HMG

All Prohormones and Anabolic steroids reduce the body's own natural production of Testosterone. For this reason, it is necessary to restore natural testosterone production following a cycle of prohormones or anabolic

If you do not restore the natural testosterone production fast enough, the result will lead to a significant amount of muscle being lost after your cycle.

For this reason, bodybuilders and athletes combine drugs after a cycle to restore natural testosterone production and maintain gains in a process known as Post Cycle Therapy" or “PCT” using a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (Clomid or Nolvadex), together with an Aromatase Inhibitor (which reduces the circulating volume of oestrogen in the body).

All of these drugs increase testosterone levels but a lot of the time, these PCT protocols are not enough to restore testosterone production after a cycle for bodybuilders with experience in running a longer cycle, or athlete’s using an extremely suppressive compound (such as Trenbolone or Nandrolone). The use of steroids in effect, act similar to that of birth control.

The use of Clomid, HCG and HMG in together or solo is normally used after a cycle is completed because these gonadotropins are one of the only effective drugs that recover the suppressed natural Testosterone production within the testes.

MENOTRPOIN INJECTION USE

When using the drug, many people choose the dosage that has been recommended for fertility treatment. Many bodybuilders run HMG together with HCG to maximize results.

We recommend a dosage of 75IU every other day. Some athletes prefer to divide their dosage into 37.5IU every day. The average length of a cycle of HMG is 3 weeks.

For the best results, the drug can be used for 3 weeks, then take a break and then come back for another 3-week course together with their AAS cycles. This substance contains both the LH and FSH hormone which is needed for the process of producing Testosterone to start, making the drug very effective when administered.

SIDE EFFECTS OF HMG

HMG is very effective and when running short cycles with it, side effects do not occur very often. But with that being said, side effects from abuse of the drug do still occur in the form of:

• Nausea.
• Vomiting.
• Nasal congestion.
• Headaches.
• Dizziness.
• Fainting.
• Decreased blood pressure.

With proper use of this substance, no side effects should occur.
