Gyno can creep up on you and it is good to have something to sort it out as fast as you can, before it becomes a major issue. As soon as I start feeling the tenderness in my chest then I start using it. After a few days, my symptoms cleared up but I continued using it for another week to just be sure. These little things are life savers. People like nolva for this, but for me I use ALphas promifen as it works well on cycle and in pct! Double bubble for your money.

I've been hitting the anabolics quite intensely over the last few months and I can feel that my body has high levels of estrogen at the moment. It's best to fix this up as fast as you can in order to not end up in a worse position. The first few days while using it, I did experience a few side effects. I had trouble sleeping the first few nights but after continuing to use it, my sleeping went back to normal. I did feel a little nauseous sometimes but that is expected, I knew it was just the Promifen I was using. I started off with 100 mg per day and after day 5, I reduced it down to 50 mg. It was around that time when things started to take effect and I started to feel much better. My Test levels were a lot more stable than they were before and I'm starting to feel more like myself.
